Outdoors activities are great, but where do you keep all that gear, be it bikes, tents, camping equipment, or an RV? Many homes don’t have enough storage space for outdoor equipment on top of everyday belongings. Fortunately, the typical monthly rate for renting a non-climate-controlled (non-CC) 10×10 self storage unit in Memphis stands at $82, according to Yardi Matrix data, which is much lower than the national average.
