I needed to rent a 10x10 because my mom needed to get her stuff out of her apartment by the next day and was going to be in a nursing home after that. Miss Nelaisha explained all the charges and rules and whatnot up front and helped me get the online portal set up so I could make payments that way because I live in another state. She made it very easy and had suggestions about using sheets, tarps and moisture absorbers for the NC-Non-climate controlled unit & provided a lock for the unit as well! Thank you Miss Nelaisha!
