Needed to effect a move out of my apartment in California for a move to Arizona, and was looking for a storage unit close to my home and something which I could obtain in a relative quick fashion. Public Storage made the entire process quick and easy, and the unit I ended up with was clean and safe. However, what made this the smoothest transition I have ever encountered with a scenario such as this was the largely due to my interactions with property manager (Kalei). I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was always professional, courteous and attentive. But her helpfulness in making sure that everything went smooth and the follow up by her after my move in shows that she is someone who really takes pride in her job. I sure hope that Public Storage recognizes someone such as her for her continuous efforts and great care she shows to her clients. A#1 experience encountered mostly due to that lady. Thank you!

I have been a customer at US60 Self Storage for well over a decade, and Chris Montoya is by far the best property manager I have worked with during that time. Chris has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. I recently had to deal with an unusually complicated and stressful situation involving one of our storage units, and Chris handled everything with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, fairness, and attention to detail. He took the time to carefully work through a confusing situation, communicate consistently, verify information, and make sure things were handled properly. Many people would not have taken the extra time and effort that he did, and I am extremely grateful. Chris has also been wonderful about helping me find the most practical and economical solutions for my storage needs. He doesn’t simply manage the property—he genuinely tries to help his customers. He is responsive, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and exceptionally good at his job. After more than ten years as a customer, I can confidently say that Chris sets the standard for what a great property manager should be. US60 Self Storage is very fortunate to have him, and I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. Five stars without hesitation! Previous Review We've had storage units for decades and this is our favorite storage facility by far. The property manager (Angie) was extremely patient and accommodating and kind! We were scheduled to go with a different facility but after one conversation with her we changed our mind and went directly to US 60 Self Storage. We are so pleased with our decision. The new property manger, Dave, is just as accommodating and helpful. Beatrice is fabulous too. They really care about their customers, which is something we have not experienced at other storage facilities. The property is very nice and clean. The 24 hour access is so convenient. I highly recommend US 60 Self Storage.
