Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I had my belongings stored there for 6 months and I recently moved out and was so sadden to the point of never storing anything at public storage ever again. The propertyamager knew I was moving out of town. So my last day was on the 30th of June. I received a call that I he lock was still on the door and asked if she could take it off with her master key and she said we don't have one that's a lie cause I e worked at a facility where we had a master key so I that we could get into the room that people never came back to retrieve due to either dying, getting incarcerated, car accident that left them unable to walk, ect ect . So I left Tucson in route to California when I received the call that I had to take off the lock so I turn around from quartsite AZ. And drove all the way back approximately 270miles to the storage and took off the lock on July 1st at 8am . Now they are charging me a whole months rent for taking off there lock not mine. Pls be careful when dealing with the property manager cuz she may seem nice but she extremely cruel to the point where she benefits off the deal. I advise everybody in Tucson pls do not use public storage. I've found that "Anytime storage" is the best. You do everything online and the rates on beyond my expectation. Super clean ventilated and stainless steel walls any super huge for a fraction of the price you would pay at "Public Storage" Pls use "Anytime storage" So happy that I have move on & found where to store my belongings in a much safer and honest atmosphere. The best storage facility for sure! Diana is so sweet and accommodating! I called with a quick question and she went above and beyond not only to answer my questions but she helped me get my payments down a little so I can continue renting their space in a way that’s easier for my family to afford since we’re going through such a hard time right now. You can just tell when people truly care! Highly recommend and thank-you to Diana!!! ... Read more

My name is Enrique Henry Lopez. I've had my belongings stored here at public storage for the last couple months. The worker Diana and this other gentleman that works in the morning are very helpful and very kind. Diana, always answers your questions very professionally. She is the kindest, sweetest and the hardest worker I've ever encountered. I wish you could find more people like her. Then again, there's only one her in this world and she works for public storage and I am so grateful and so pleased of the way she treats me with kindness, dignity and respect as well as the other clients that come here. Keep up the good work and thank you for the amazing things and the amazing people that you have working for you. Have a wonderful day. God bless America as well as public storage. ... Read more

I've had a horrible experience here with heartless corporate management, they do not care about your personal belongings especially Diane at the office she gives the fakest "how are you doing" She is lazy, evil and seemed to have something against me and she might be conspiring with auction buyers. I've been paying for storage unit here about a year and half and just recently I was about 1 month and 2 weeks late. Im answering phone calls and even showing up the office attempting to make partial payments. Diane can see I care about my unit and trying to pay, but it was promptly auctioned off for $230 when she would not accept $230 from me to save my own storage unit. My mom and I lost personal belongings that deeply affect us and will forever regret working with public storage. Our stuff got rained on twice because unit had a leak and Diane laughed in my face at the thought of being rained on a 3rd time. 4.6 billion dollar a year corporate company here that does not care about you or your belongings. ... They gave us a great rate to move in! I asked how soon our rates would increase. Was told in the future they usually all go up a bit. Well the future was just at maybe the 2 month point!!! It went up immensely!!! I would never go with this company again. The last one took a year to go up and we stayed with them for years. They'd do price changes at the years time. Never again!!!! ... I had an amazing experience with Dianna at Public Storage on Romero Rd. I needed to rent a unit in Phoenix, and the team at Public Storage went above and beyond to assist me. They made the entire process seamless, ensuring that I was able to finish the process in my home city, and answered all my questions ensuring it was a smooth process from beginning to end. A special shoutout to Lisa at the Public Storage off Black Canyon Hwy—property 21112, she was super helpful, professional, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to walk me through everything and made it easy to handle this transaction remotely. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but both locations truly exceeded my expectations. ... Read more
