This storage is a nightmare. Some years back I had it and the owner /manager was rude so I made it a point not to speak or deal with her. I have sent multiple people there bc of the price being a little cheaper I thought it would be worth it. Last winter they “accidentally” locked my items . And I had to wait over a week to get my items and by the time they took it off it was the next month and they wanted me to pay for that month even though I would’ve had my items out before that month. I have my items there they put a lien on my stuff after 2 mos I told them I had a mail issue and was calling in for payments and would always ask about my storage status just this month I found out they put a lien on it and I have til next month to get it all out even though Everytime I called they never ever told this to me and I made sure to ask several times about my status bc my worry was it going to auction: I was always assure “as long as you don’t let it go past the 3rd month” I am 2 mos behind tmrw will be my 3rd but I was going in to pay that so still 2mos. The owner stayed on the phone with me to argue when I told her the worker was very nice and there was just some miscommunication.. I was fine with everything . The worker was nice enough to go over everything the day before and tell me what happened and how it got here without me knowing. Well owner manger appearantly didn’t like the word “miscommunication “ and got into a rant about how people should just pay their rent on time that there was no miscommunication.. after she just said “I’m going to tell my workers not to say that to anyone anymore I just texted them” she said I do give 3 months but I send it out on the 2nd month .. (that was the miscommunication) plus they never expressed to me that a Leon was sent out …I didn’t even call to argue I was content with the lovely conversation I had with her worker: she is very bitter and very rude she went on about how she only makes so much from auction and she can’t NOT put it up and I’m like what ? I never asked you not to put it up (going in tmrw to pay) this place is a nightmare . So much more: I will not be sending anyone else there. Not only that last time water got in and my stuff got moldy and I just let it go bc I wanted new beds anyway: list goes on . Just pay the difference it’s worth it’. I’m only behind bc my husband passed and had to use the money for him: they are all saying different things she says one thing they say another on other things as well. Get your stuff in writing ! ... Read more

If I could give this storage a 0 star I would I had this storage for year and half in February I went to my storage and grabbed some stuff out and I didn’t go back until May and when I got there it was a completely NEW LOCK on my storage unit (EVEN THOUGH I BROUGHT THE LOCK FROM THEM)… I went to the office to ask what was going on and the lady in the office acted clueless and said she wasn’t sure but she sent her maintenance guy to cut the lock of my unit he cut the lock off he didn’t stay to make sure everything was okay he just got back on the go cart and left so I open the storage and EVERYTHING WAS GONE!! so I immediately went to the office told the manger she was so nonchalant not even so much as a sorry! She said the owner will contact you and I was like I don’t understand how someone could steal an entire storage unit and no one not see(because every time I went there they always asked me for my id and storage number).. she was like she would check her cameras but it’s a lot of footage to go through the police will go through once you file a police report she also said my unit 361 was in a “bind spot” I was like if you knew that why would you give me that unit and she was just staring at me with a blank look.. she also stared that someone could park their car in the back field and come onto the property after hours and steal I was like how is that possible if you have staff who lives on the site? Again she didn’t have much to say and I was like how can they get all of my heavy furniture over the gate without someone seeing it? She couldn’t answer any of my questions she said they owner would call me she gave me a copy of the insurance I was paying for my storage which is also the most worthless insurance you could ever purchase I don’t not recommend this insurance because all they did was rob me twice the insurance said if it wasn’t any forced entry i.e a busted wall or the storage door was severely damaged your claim would be DENIED!! the storage isn’t safe I didn’t get any reimbursements from the storage and nth from the insurance I would be very careful about where you keep your personal belongings sometimes lower prices aren’t worth even if they offer insurance because it’s always a loop hole and I’m basically out of everything I own and I got the storage unit because my mom passed away 2 years ago and everything was in the storage unit and now I’m left with nth not even so much as an sorry especially from the insurance company they were so rude and nasty the guy who was “taking care of my claim”name was John so future reference don’t do business here because you could get robbed twice and then the insurance has the nerve to treat you like you stole your own property witch is actually ridiculous and insulting I was definitely taken advantage of and no cared at all not the owner or the manger or the insurance company the owner said she would reimburse me for 1 month but she never did!! She also let me know they don’t have security cameras everywhere just in the front that she doesn’t have the money to afford cameras and the proper security like darrell storage I didn’t care about none of that but she should’ve been upfront with her customers so we can decide if we want to do business there… they also charge me for the month of June even though I no longer do business with them and “the owner was supposed to call “ so she could reserve the charge she ever did!! so I had to call my bank to get my money back… I would recommend no one do business here ... Small and large units for an affordable price. The people who work the window are always nice. Security and the property k9 are always there. Outside units. I've been a customer over a year and they've always been lenient if I missed a payment which was always a relief. I recommend this place for the price and for customer service! ... Read more
