Very clean. You have to use the app to get in (& out), & use the elevator which took me a bit to figure out. I was very grateful when I got a msg that my lock was not on correctly (my fault) & the workers are very helpful. ... Read more

I would have rated this a one star if it weren’t for Cheryl who saved the day (and my review). I signed up online and the communication is horrendous. I had no idea how to access the unit and had to rely on a chat and trial and error to get into my unit. And then my code stopped working. It was a nightmare. But Cheryl called me in the afternoon and patiently walked me through the process and gave me a new code. Her humor and fantastic attitude took away all my frustration. Public Storage 2 stars. Cheryl 5 stars. ... Read more

Jordyn was very helpful when I was first inquiring about a storage unit. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every one of them. I made an appointment to look at the storage unit and she was able to show me a couple units and I decided to rent one of them. Jordyn was friendly and easy to communicate with. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
