I have been here for many years, they do raise the prices per unit every few months so that sucks. However I love the hours 6am-10pm(must be out before 10pm), they have elevator access for the second and third floor. They do offer military discount and easy online access to pay for unit . ... This location has been one of the best storage facilities I’ve seen and been a customer at around San Jose. This facility is super clean and Erick does it all for his customers! My experience at this facility was efficient and pleasant. My wife had taken care of the online rental agreement and all I had to do was drop by and pick up the gate code, be shown how to access the facility and where my storage unit was located. All of everything took no more than about 5 to 10 minutes and the manager answered all of my questions and concerns perfectly and clearly. The facility looks great, clean inside and out nothing out of the ordinary that you would expect at a storage facility. Definitely feel safe and comfortable at this site and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. And of course all of this was well accomplished by the site manager, as she's done a great job at making the facility into a product/service that sells itself. Had a great experience at A1! Chris was super friendly and helpful and the rental process was quick and easy. My unit was ideally located close to the back driveway making loading and unloading a breeze. Always a lot of carts handy too. The entire place seems very well cared for, clean and well lighted too.
