Read some helpful reviews of Leale-s RV, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

We arrived with problems with the refrigerator and furnace; the fuse kept blowing, and everything was quite strange, with movement seeming to play a role. We were glad to get an appointment at short notice because it was really hot and we desperately needed the refrigerator. We explained the problem in great detail, left the car there for diagnosis, and didn't hear anything for the rest of the day. Only after inquiring did they say it was a cable that had been replaced. They didn't give us a quote or mention anything about the labor duration or cost. When we returned, they said they had wiggled a cable, causing the interior lights to flicker (what was really weird because the light never played a role in this strange story between fridge and furnace), so they had replaced the entire cable for the refrigerator and furnace. To be honest, that seemed pretty fishy to me, and in Germany, they definitely would have handled it differently; that would never have automatically meant the cable was broken. It all seemed a bit dodgy to us, but hey... I'm no electrician, so okay, we had to take their word for it. They were confident and assured us the problem was solved. That cost us $1500!! As soon as we tried to drive off, the fuse blew again. One of the employees came over and tried to replace the broken 15-amp fuse with a 20-amp one. Sparks flew, he hesitated, and then handed it to me, saying he couldn't reach it very well, but if I wanted, I could put it in. Honestly, I would have loved to slap him. I don't know much about electricity, but one thing I do know for sure: you don't just put a higher-rated fuse where it doesn't belong. So we had to wait until the next day for the guy who had rewired the car to take another look. Later, they said it had been an exposed wiring harness – you have to wonder how that's possible when the electrician did go through everything conscientiously and reconnected a cable for a large sum of money. Anyway, everything seemed fine afterward. Two days later, everything was back to how it had been. We had to go back to the garage again, and this time we finally felt like someone had thoroughly checked the electronics. What was it? Apparently, something was exposed in the roof near the thermostat, where the air conditioning and furnace are wired, and was regularly causing the heating/refrigerator fuse to short circuit, or the heating to switch on by itself. And I know I told them, that a tech worked on the electricity of the AC a few weeks before. at least 2 stars for getting an appointment fast. ... Read more

I brought my Winnebago Solis to Leales in June 2025 in prep for a long trip to Alaska starting in late July. It had been a very busy year and I still had many demands on my time that were not related to the trip, and I was stressed. I asked them to do routine engine maintenance, to find out why the dashboard AC had stopped working. They did as I asked and found and fixed the problem with the AC right away. I wanted new tires plus a spare for the trip. Savio referred me to Ramon’s and they did a wonderful job with the tires, including locating a rim for the spare. The Solis has no space for a spare. I ordered a mounted from Landed Gear and had it shipped to Leales and Leales followed the instructions for the installation so that the spare stayed put even when we drove the famously rough Alcan Highway there and back. The road is built on permafrost and its reputation has not been exaggerated - we encountered one car with two flat tires - but with good tires and slow driving, we never needed our spare. We also did not experience the problems I’ve read people have with other brands or improperly installed back door mounted spare tire racks: broken window or warping of the metal doors. ... Read more

We dropped our Bounder motor home off for some repairs today. We have been dealing with Leale's Rv for at least 12 years. They provide professional service, they ask when you drop off your rig "When do you need it returned ", and they always return it repaired a little early of that date. Their repair prices are fair and the work is excellent! ... Read more

Leale's RV has taken care of my project RV for years, going above and beyond what others would do with an older personal passion project. I like to do things myself, but when I'm on over my head, I can count on their expertise and professionalism to help me out. Their size, breadth, and depth of ability, along with their care, ethics, and communication are outstanding. Michael makes sure I understand what my options are and what work they're performing. I can't imagine going anywhere else (well, I can, because I did, and regret it, never again). Sometimes service and repairs are simple and easy, sometimes not - in either case, I'm really glad to have a shop like Leale's around. ... Read more

The quality of the service here exceeded my expectations. My husband and I wanted some extra table space in our RV, so instead of using the one table in the center of our seating area, we bought two Lagun legs and had Leale's install them. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They had to put some spacers between the mounting bracket and the cabinets. They cut the spacers to align with the mounting brackets and used wood so we can stain it to match the cabinets. Kory went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I'm so pleased with the results! I will definitely come here again the next time I need any work done on our RV. ... Read more
