I really appreciate the on-site manager. She is very friendly and always remembered my family's needs and helped us stay informed of things we wanted to know like other unit availability. She also was professional and patient in showing us many units and helping us plan the best unit and pricing. ... Read more

My Unit Got Robbed! My unit was broken into at Public Storage, and unfortunately, there are NO CAMERAS in the hallways to deter theft or help identify who did it. Management was helpful after the fact, but that doesn’t change the fact that my belongings were stolen. They left me with nothing it was completely empty. I expected better security for a place that’s supposed to keep my items safe. If you’re storing anything valuable, think twice before renting here. Not to mention another person got robbed too not to long ago this year. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
