Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4300 Peachtree Road NE, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

My family and I have rented from Public Storage for years. In the past, our experience was great, but that has now changed after renting with this facility in Brookhaven. I went to do my monthly check in on my storage to only find my items are covered in mold. Yes, mold! I have received little to no help and the little help I did receive was after calling multiple times and leaving voicemails at every location I found on google. I decided I would like to move out, but I can’t until my monthly bill is paid. Why should one be required to pay $157 when all of their things are covered in mold? The outdoor storage unit was not prepped for a move in and the negligence of that now has caused damage to many of items. Yet, no one has shown any concern. ... Read more

Mo at Public Storage was so helpful to us yesterday! We had a little water in our new unit, and she let us move quickly without issue. She also helped us with a couple other account questions and was very patient and eager to do so. Thanks Mo! ... Read more

I am so thankful to Miss Mo for all her help. I had no idea what I was doing; Miss Mo went above and beyond to really help me. She is truly God sent. Miss Mo thank you. I am happy with what I got; the place is so clean and smells great. I'm very impressed already. I'm thankful. ... Read more

10 out of 10 recommend! The facilities were so clean! Mihila what’s the one who helped me and was very professional and informative! Great deal great location. I would feel 100% safe with my belongings here! I will be coming back to get a unit and get set up with this company! Some of the locations I have been looking at have been very dirty and I did not feel like it would be a good move for me, but I was so impressed by the service I received here that I will recommend this place to everyone! ... This place used to be a dump but it's gone through an incredible transformation. It's now extremely clean and we'll kept. I had the pleasure of meeting the site manager, Mihaila, who's super caring and responsible individual. I'm pretty sure he's the catalyst not the 180 this location has experienced. I was thinking to exit out of this location but not anymore. ... Read more

I understand the idea of self check in kiosk, But not having somebody at the physical building when a problem occurs Is bad. I’ve came to this Public Storage After I’ve bought a storage room online On the third floor just for me to get Here in the elevator is broken and won’t go to the third floor and the doors are locked, so I can’t take the stairs. The life Help kiosk only tells me to call customer service that sent me to a strict prompt that ultimately ends up with no one answering the phone. ... Read more

Paid ahead. Tried to check in on a Saturday. No one on site. No one available by phone. Elevator was broken down and I was stuck on it for a good few minutes only to find out that it didn’t go to floor 4, where my unit was, of course. They refunded my monthly rent but not the other $30 in admin fees “per their policy”. If you rent from them knowing all this, I wouldn’t dare get on that broken down elevator. Most terrible customer service I’ve experienced in awhile! ... Read more

No carts for move in. Exit door that wouldn't open. Stairwell door with broken handle. No onsite staff. Had to pay for unit before I could view it. Decided not to take it This fourth floor unit as soon as I discovered no carts and they won't refund admin fee. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 4300 Peachtree Road NE has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 4300 Peachtree Road NE can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 4300 Peachtree Road NE come at a variety of prices, starting from $29 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $316 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
