I’ve been renting here for about a year and just want to give a shout out to Gwen for assisting me with transferring my unit. She was super sweet and made what could’ve been a headache super seamless and easy. 10/10 stars for this location ... Read more

DO NOT RENT HERE! YOUR RENT WILL DOUBLE IN A YEAR. They rent month to month and you do not get a rate that is locked in so they will use every opportunity to raise your rent, AND FAST. I went from paying $197 to almost $400 in 15 months. RUN! DO NOT RENT HERE! They will charge you whatever they want, there are no caps on rent. I just got off the phone with their manager Amber and she confirmed that this is standard practice. Do not rent at any Public Storage - especially this one. Go elsewhere, this place is a rip off ... The employees of public storage are the best.Today an employee named dolly helped me a lot.I wanted to pay 2 months in advance and asked the customer service but they were no help. But dolly made everything so easy, she was super friendly and genuinely a nice person. Way overpriced for the size I rented. They only offer month to month so they can continue to increase rent. Anytime I've tried to talk to someone in person the office is locked and empty. Pretty sure there are no bathrooms on site. If there are I can never find anyone to ask. Save your time. Go elsewhere. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
