I had a small locker for my child, who is a Loyola student. This facility was a great find. Close to campus, easy access and I've been able to pull my car inside whenever I was moving. Easy to work with the folks here too. ... Read more

Two issues - the second of which is a doozy. 1. When I rented, I asked multiple times (and was assured multiple times) that packages could be received by the office, who would then call me to move them to the unit. The first package arrived and I received a call to very clearly state that they did not do this and I should not have been told they would. 2. The elevator has been out for over three weeks, with apparently no end in sight. In that time I've called multiple times to get some assistance, as I need the contents (on a higher floor) out very soon. I have not received any phone call back after multiple promises. At this point I will have to hire movers to handle this, on top of having paid them rent. It doesn't take that much effort to return a call. It shouldn't take that much effort to simply stand behind the statements that were made by multiple people with the company. Perhaps another location would have handled this better, but leaving your renters to have to hand-carry needed items to and from their units up and down stairs - without having a plan to help them - is really poor customer service. ... Amazing and sincere staff helped us out. Units are super clean and rates are very reasonable. Not too jazzed about the lame-ass administrative fee but other than that this place is top notch - would highly recommend it! ... Read more

Our salesperson was incredibly helpful and also just fun to talk to. I felt very comfortable just being myself, and I felt like she paid close attention to my needs and helped tailor a plan to meet all of those needs. I felt very safe and taken care of. Highly recommend for all of your off-site storage needs. ... Read more

Jessica the store manager is just AMAZING! Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this storage place for usage! Facility is very clean and spacious. You feel like you’re at home away from home. She even went the extra mile and warmed my breakfast again for me so I wouldn’t be hungry on the road! I mean I couldn’t have asked for better service! 5 stars across the charts!!! ... Read more

Clean facility. Super nice building manager who provided a tour. Safe and secure access to storage units… Hint: pricing is much lower when done online or calling the business corporate phone line. It’s a confusing policy. I guess the company prefers you not taking up the building manager’s time with admin paperwork… Bottom line: get an on-site tour then later call or go online to sign up and purchase. ... Read more

We have been customers here (through several name changes) for over 10 years, and have rented 7 or 8 different units over the years. The current manager, Jessica is wonderful. We had an issue last month with an aspect of our current unit, and it was addressed and the problem was solved quickly. Also, Jessica is very easy to work with and she is accommodating. We love 6331 Broadway storage, and are very happy customers. We tell all of our friends! Thank you! ... Read more

When I first purchased my storage unit online that prior night and came in around 8am no one was in office and I had to use the call box which had no volume. My code didn’t work for the gate I had to wait for an emergency code. It took calling the box twice and emailing the second person to get that emergency code. When the manager was in about 9:30am? She gave me the updated code that worked properly and asked me to write a review. I didn’t because I wouldn’t have anything nice to say. Since then the storage itself is great but I do find that the bathroom is almost never open when I’m there, the first time I used the bathroom someone (I think staff) knocked on it right after I entered, and coincidently staff or more particularly the manager coincidently needs to walk by when I’m at my storage. I felt unwelcome since I got here and believe they profiled my case making assumptions that I’d abuse amenities but I paid just like everyone else. Come to get my stuff in and out and leave. At this point I’m still facing treatment that makes me uncomfortable even though my behavior has consistently been showing I’m not interested in using the space as anything but a storage unit. Hopefully this review will help encourage staff to treat everyone equally and most importantly mind their business as long as I follow the rules which I do. After writing this review I was not able to get into my locker they changed the pad lock. They watched for a month as I sat with the pad lock and red stopper, the manager lurking behind me multiple times. I had to chase down a staff member to open it who informed me I had to purchase my own. That wasn’t in my deal but I’m too tired to pull it back up. I go and get a combination lock not thinking and then figure I need the cylinder one. The staff member says she will give it to me for free but as I try to close it the lock is jammed it doesn’t work. Now I’m here a lot longer than I planned and have time for waiting for someone to pass by to try and get the stopper back until I talk with the manager about what to do. They obviously don’t want my service and I just want to put my things away. If they could ignore the stopper for a whole month why is it important now that my bill is coming back around? I wouldn’t keep a bill open I didn’t have the ability to pay. This service is really inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t even get a notice they changed the locks nor is the storage actually ready to be used. There are other locks that have a red stopper as well that I have seen people using. Lastly my first charge after the initial payment was supposed to $24 and somehow they changed it from $24 to $35 with of course no notice as usual. So far they have not stuck to the offer they initially made for the unit, given me a functional unit, nor provided the key like the ad said. There’s many storage units, no reason to go with one that treats customers like this. I have now turned off autopay, very suspicious staff. They project onto clients that they are doing something weird cause they don’t want no one clocking all the weird things they do. They always make sure they’re around until I need something. This is my last month using their services after being treated horribly so I took off autopay, I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to charge my card anyways lol. Truly weird and evil people. Just left tonight at 9:34pm on 7/23. Photos below to show proof. ... Read more

Been running at this location over 15 years. Had a few problems. Just met the new store manager Jessica who was such a delight. I rented a unit for my college student. The first three times he went during business hours the office wasn't open and we hadn't received a building access code in any of the confirmation emails. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
