Angel has been very accommodating for my husband's and my storage needs. She is very friendly and helpful. We have been tempted to find other storage facilities in the past however Angel's hard work and dedication to our satisfaction as customers had kept us around and we even recently upgraded our space. We are very happy with this properties management. ... Read more

I had a great experience with this property. I’ve rented a storage from April until November paying $79 a month. When my rent decided to go up randomly the property manager was able to get my rent back down. So thankful for that. However, I moved out a few days ago and the 2nd floor storage building was freezing cold. It was definitely not climate control. Not sure how long it’s been cold my tv I had stored there no longer works. When moving out of the storage the elevator system is horrible. There shouldn’t be a timer on an elevator at a storage. You can barely move your items because the elevator stays open for 3 seconds. Making it extremely difficult. The app didn’t work as well….overall great experience. ... Read more

I've had two units at E. 62nd St., Indy. Some technical problems with bluetooth gate, phone app, and online access were solved quickly by Angel and Dave. Both are friendly, helpful, and great with dealing with a frustrated customer (me). Otherwise, the facility is clean and well-organized. Two thumbs up for Angel and Dave! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
