Read some helpful reviews of StorageMart, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

When I had to make a sudden change in my housing plans, I needed storage that was in my budget without being lower quality. I needed something climate controlled that I could access without too much red tape. Nicholas, the representative for this StorageMart (as of June 2026), was kind and helpful. He explored the best options and prices for me. Nick guided me through every step of and made moving in an easy process. Very thankful for his professionalism and kindness he brought ease to a stressful move. I would absolutely recommend this StorageMart to anyone in need of affordable, clean, climate-controlled storage units with friendly and dependable staff. Price assessment ... Read more

Really disappointing process with renting through StoreEase. Someone broke into my unit and took some of my belongings. So far they have been extremely unhelpful, having to jump through many hoops to talk to someone on the phone with their AI agent. All for them to say file a police report and an insurance report there is nothing we can do. They did not have a plan on how to help prevent from this happening, pretty much said it happens and Goodluck. Really disappointing ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
