iStorage on Seneca in-between Harry and Pawnee? I mean if you're looking for top notch quality service? Clean facility and storage units? & customer service that goes beyond help, giving you that "got your back" family feel? Look no further! I would go on down the list of generous things these ladies and gents have done, but I'll end by saying; iStorage on Seneca is by far the best storage spot in the dub!! Absolutely terrible. They sucker you in by offering discounts and then after your first month increase the rates higher than they were in the first place!! They call it a “secure location” but theyve had zip tied fences for over a month! Note the homeless camp on the other side of the fence. They had break ins over the weekend and first thing monday morning I get an email saying my rent is going up! I will be moving to another facility. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE Update: they also have issues with their gates breaking. A while back the key code stand was broken and there solution was to ducttape it to a concrete pillar. Today I stopped by and the gate was broken so no getting in or out, which was a lovely waste of my time and gas. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that iStorage - 2010 South Seneca Street has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by iStorage - 2010 South Seneca Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by iStorage - 2010 South Seneca Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $53 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $230 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
