    So disappointed. After 8 years of doing business with this company they didn't even bother to call us after payment wasn't made for a few months. My husband even went in to change our credit card information after we switched banks, but somehow the payments weren't processed. Over $100 in late fees that they aren't willing to remove. ...     Terrible customer service. No notice or bill when bill is due OR past due. Upon initial purchase we were told that the payment would be drafted automatically, false. It was not. Front desk attendant may be hard of heading, and is unapologetic when he's wrong. This flood has taken a toll. The last thing you want to have to deal with is insensitivity and mockery.
