    I recently had the opportunity to visit Otter Self Storage Center, and I must say, it was a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and showed me around the facility. The center was impeccably clean and well-organized, with a wide range of storage units available to suit various needs. The security measures in place, including surveillance cameras and personalized access codes, gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and protected.     Really a worst place to store your items. I have been using this store for more than 2 years with an insurance (total cost $76 every month). First of all, the insurance you can buy is just for namesake they will never ever take your case of any damages happens to your items. Insurance company does not bother to call or communicate with you anyway. I don't know why choctaw storage center provide such kind of third party insurance or suggest this insurance company. I visited my unit after 6 months and realized they broke my lock and asked me to put a new one without my permission. I had to use another lock to keep my items safe but keep in mind they won't bother if they break your lock and leave your unit as it is. I asked the reason, but no reasonable answer.
