    The location is remote no one works there. You are advised to purchase storage online. I purchased storage online when I made it to the location. There was a lock on the storage already. I could not call anyone for assistance. I had to bring all of my furniture somewhere else, so I called the next day to tell them I no longer need the storage since I was sold one with a lock— I had to pay extra money for the U-Haul and the movers. This company refused to give me my money back. Stating that the $25 administration fee that I signed on the lease (that they did not uphold) was nonrefundable. A lock I never received and since I tried to do a claim through my bank all they can refund me was $20. Please do not use this place. The location is in an impoverished neighborhood, and they are preying on those close around to pay for services they cannot use. ... Read more

    I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically.
