When I first was at this storage unit, my rent was $37 a month. I’ve been there for over two years and they’ve reached it to $72 a month and then got rid of all of the storage carts so I can’t even remove or bring in new things for my storage unit. I basically can’t use my storage unit because they have no carts for anyone to use because people steal them. Well, that’s not my problem. You guys need a better system of tracking your car and can’t expect your renters to pay high fees when they can’t even remove or bring in new items. ... Read more

Fernando is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the best people I've dealt with in the customer service industry. Very polite, communicated well, and he worked with what I needed and on my schedule. 10/10 guy! ... Read more

I’d like to take a moment to thank the property manager and team at this Public Storage location for their exceptional service. The facility is impressively clean, and the staff is consistently professional and courteous. We moved in last month, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience so far. We started using this facility in Sept 2024. At the time it was clean, and there was a person in the office to help, plus plenty of carts for moving. At the first of the year, rents were jacked up. Now, July 2025, the facility is not as well cared for. A person can never be found in the office, even 8-5. Carts can be seen locked up in the office. We will be moving ASAP - need to figure out how to access the carts to do so. ... Read more

Customer service from Fernando was 100% understanding and empathetic even though I as the customer was the one coming with the issues. He made it easy to help solve my issue and came to a resolution moving forward. Not only the service being above par but also in helping with my card issue, Fernando saved familial urns, and other favored items from auction. Then to top it all off, we saw there was an increase in my rent since I opened the unit and he was able to get that lowered as well. I came with the mind to change or remove my service from the storage unit, altogether to rid myself of the hassle but now I plan to scale down on unneeded space and remain a customer here. My mother is planning to move to KC and will be needing storage space for a 7 thousand bedroom house and will be recommending her here. ... Read more

Fulton was very helpful to get me robbed. I guess I opened my mouth and told you much. July 4th, 2024 him and his buddies robbed me inside the job. I told him that my storage had broken into, and he asked me if I was considering calling the police. I said yeah, and he replied that if you call police tell them to send a detective because if its not a detective, we aren't looking at any cameras. When the police got there, Officer White asked for Fulton the clerk to look at cameras, but Fulton was nowhere to be found. Him and his buddies have a thief ring going on inside the job. Don't leave your belongings at this storage look elsewhere. Tonight, I finally vacated, and it was a hassle because there were no carts to move my belongings, and I had to borrow carts from uhaul. ... Read more

So my experience is NOT based off the storage unit, it's based off of the customer service I received from a guy named MARTEZ I believed that's what he said it was. He was highly rude to me when my lock got stuck on the unit, he told me to call a locksmith because it wasn't their lock. Which was the wrong information, I received a call today from MELISSA an assistant manger and she was absolutely amazing!!! She that that he was totally WRONG about everything and that someone would have came and cut it off for me with the correct forms filled out!! He was totally rude and told me that they are the number ONE storage and that my money doesn't matter and that I could just move my things out!!!! Well as Melissa as I stated reviews are everything regardless of spotlights!!!!!! I also called and complained with the corporate office in Glendale, Arizona to let them know the kind of manger they have running that brand NEW beautiful storage!!!! And was also rude to my movers and Father that assisted me, and didn't want to answer Jose's question, acted like he couldn't understand him! My thing is I can put my things anywhere but I chose that location because I rented from public storage before!!!! So from a black woman to a very rude black man he was totally out of line because he doesn't care for my attitude because I put him in his place when talking to me!!! And hopefully, this review will put him in his place!!!!!! The correct place!!!!!! Just because your a MANAGER you should still be able to do your job!!! Or find another Mr. Public Storage as he told me his name was before I told him that I was going to call in report him then he told me what his real name was, if that's what it is!!!!! Thank you MELISSA for calling back and explaining the correct way of how it should of been handled!!! Please CORPORATE give her kudos!!!!!?? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
