I absolutely love this place! I couldn’t get my door to open. I went to the office and this young lady working there said she’d take a look. She came out with me and was wrestling with it for a couple minutes and finally got it to open. I didn’t see what it was but a rock or something was jammed between the door and the track. She was very nice and very helpful. ... Read more

Haven't had much problems with the storage unit itself. It's ridiculous how much they can keep jacking up the price. My first month of rent was at $88. A year later it's at $180. Should be laws against it it's ridiculous. If you get a unit try to keep in mind that about every quarter of the year they increase the payment. I'm moving out of mine it's not even affordable at this point. ... Read more

Sherlyn was by far the best. The struggle is real and with people like her the ease of life seems to fade away. Her customer service is exceptional and I am super thankful she was there to assist. Thank you Sherlyn for EVERYTHING. ... Read more

I managed to do something stupid here - I didn't think it was possible to put padlocks on the door without it actually being latched shut. Sherilynn, the manager, caught it that day, and helped me keep my bike secure until I could rectify it. Great facility, great staff! Thank you!! ... Read more

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. The first unit I reserved was given away before I could even pay for it. Now that I have one, I can't even get in because they put a blue lock on it, and the property manager is never available. I made an appointment to meet up with them, and they never showed up. My monthly rent is almost due, and I still haven't been able to get ahold of the property manager, nor have I been able to use my storage unit. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
