This is the best storage facility I’ve ever been to the help there. Alex was great professional. The office even smelled good. It was really refreshing, dealing with Alex because she was able to make everything clear. I got all my paperwork down and she was fast. I couldn’t believe how fast she was. Yes I would use this facility over and over again because of Alex I had more stuff to store yeah the place was great. She was great. I had to recommend it and I really appreciate their worker their help right and shiny Alex. You just rent something there just to see her. It’s worth it. I’m giving this a five star review. ... After renting a unit, we quickly realized it wasn’t big enough. It was late in the day, but I left a message. Alex returned my call promptly and kindly offered to meet us at the facility to help move our item into a larger unit. She knew all the details about pricing and size, and we were able to redo the application in a timely manner. ... Read more

We’ve had a unit at this Public Storage location for a little over a year, and unfortunately our experience has gone downhill. When we first rented the unit, the price was around $75–$80. After adding the lock and required insurance, it came out to about $90, which felt reasonable for the size and convenience. Since then, the price has skyrocketed to over $155 a month. We’ve tried multiple times — both myself and my husband — to speak with someone about getting our rate adjusted back down, and each time we’re told someone will reach out or make an adjustment. It never happens. The grounds themselves are not well maintained. There’s often trash around, several units look broken into or just left open and destroyed, and the overall environment doesn’t feel secure. There’s definitely some sketchy activity happening on the property, enough that on my last visit I didn’t feel comfortable staying and asked my husband to come back instead. To be fair, the unit itself has kept our belongings in good condition, and the phone-activated gate is convenient. But none of that justifies the constant price hikes or the lack of care for the property. For what we’re paying now, we expected a safe, clean, well-maintained facility — and this location simply isn’t meeting that standard. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Public Storage. ... Thank you Alex for all your hard work on my account. And for the jerks that threw away my pictures, and my son’s yearbooks and my high school yearbooks. My Girl Scout sash when I was young and things that I can never replace. Letters and pictures of dear friends that passed away over the years and my childhood dolls I could go on and on. Karma is real. ... Read more

If I would’ve known that they raise your rates like every 4 months I would’ve stayed away from this company. With the discount it was under $100 for a large unit starting out. Almost 8 months later it’s now $205. I know this is normal unfortunately but it’s still a huge jump. ... Read more

The previous manager was horrible . I was charged late fees due to her not being in contact. She was suppose to fix my lock and it was never done. The unit leaks and I had request to move to another unit. She never followed up so clothes and some furniture was ruined . She wouldn’t return phones calls and left me locked into the gated area. Called the 800 number and they said a manager would get back to me . The call was never returned . The only good thing is the manager Sabrina was a big help in getting some of the things resolved . She was polite respectful and helpful . ... Read more

I see all these comments about lack of response... wish that were the case here. Phone calls nearly everyday and Alicia/Alisha has the rudest attitude. Lock and things have been removed. Stated multiple times we no longer needed the unit.Threatening to charge for late fees and removal costs for the FEW items left yet theres a dumpster there on site thats locked to the paying customers. Why not auction the unit off without informing people like you used to?! Oh, it must have ALL of the person's belongings and valuables in it for the auction and no contact part? Also, how a storage bill went from $100 to $250 in a year is crazy. What out for that price hike customers. Claims to be secure yet people can easily get in after hours as i knew someone who lived in their unit not long ago. Spoke with another renter about how his unit had been broken into with no help from the "business." This place is an absolute joke and the people are not helpful. Please steer clear. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
