Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 2900 Disney Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I’ve had a great experience with Public Storage at this location. The facility is in a great area, very easy to access, and the mobile app makes getting in and out quick and convenient. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Brittney and Sarah. I recently thought I had lost my home and storage lock keys, which was pretty stressful. They actually found them somewhere in the complex, tracked me down, and called to let me know. That level of customer service really meant a lot. Super friendly staff and a very well-run location. Highly recommend! ?? ... Read more

First of all, Brittany at the front desk was so extremely nice and helpful. I booked a reservation online and she had me in the office, out and in my new unit all within 10-15 minutes. Everything was explained in great detail and I love the drive up garage for when it’s raining or cold. That’s so clutch. Thanks again, Brittany! ... Read more

Keven was INCREDIBLY helpful!! The whole process was very easy and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish- not even 20 minutes and I was moving stuff in to my unit, which actually appears larger than I was imagining!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! ... Read more

Our firm has been renting with the Public Storage location on Disney Street for a number of years and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brittany a number of times in person and on the phone. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and she even took care of an issue with our account quickly and efficiently. Brittany’s excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and positive. A huge thank you to Brittany for her professionalism, friendly smile, and great attitude! She’s been a great addition to the Public Storage team. ... Read more

Harris is amazing! Thank you for your attention to detail I really appreciate you taking the extra time to listen. I don't have a storage unit at this particular location, however " Public Storage" allows you to make payments at any location. I had some concerns about my storage rental at a different location and Harris was not only a listening ear, he went above and beyond to put me in touch with someone who could address my concerns. You '" Harris" are simply a "shining star", and I appreciate your time and consideration that you gave me. Thank you again! - Bonnie ... Read more

Came across a bug problem in the building 2 weeks after moving in but Brittney was so helpful and got the situation handled in a timely manner and got me credit to my unit so I didn’t have to pay while dealing with the problem thank you so much. The problem is gone and my unit is clean thanks to Brittney’s attention to detail. Was gonna give this place 1 start but her customer service was so great throughout the experience she really made it easy and I didn’t have to do too much on my end. Thank you ... Read more

Avoid. This place is a mess. The entry garage door is broken more often than not. The floors are sticky. The elevator doors only stay open for a few moments; not good when using the broken carts. Speaking of carts, how about more than TWO working carts. The manager, I think others identified her as Courtney, is rude and has zero business being a manager of anything. I moved out. I would recommend you not move in. ... Read more

The lady in the office (Courtney aka manager), is very rude and extremely unprofessional. So I went in today to say that I lost my keys and I needed the current lock cut. She got out a waiver and had me sign it, but then proceeded to grab my new lock and said I could not be there when the lock is cut and that she would put on the new lock once the old is cut off. I was like hold up I would like to be there when the lock is cut off and I will then put on the lock. This just sounds fishy to me and I am not letting it happen with my unit PERIOD! ... Read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting 2900 Disney Street in Cincinnati, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained the property is. The landscaping is immaculate, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, making it a delightful place to spend time. What truly made my visit exceptional, however, was the interaction I had with Cortney, the store manager. Cortney is an absolute gem! Her warm demeanor and genuine passion for her work shine through in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, answering all my questions with a smile and providing helpful recommendations. It’s clear that she cares deeply about both the store and its customers, creating a positive and inviting environment. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by 2900 Disney Street. The combination of a beautifully maintained property and the exceptional service from Cortney makes it a must-visit destination. ... Read more

Be careful storing here. The manager likes to pick favorites and only help those customer. They are hardly ever here. The other day we came to our unit and the doors didn’t work, the place was trashed and there is a giant hole in the fence. The manager, Cortney, will not allow you to speak to any kind of management and will bully you until you tell her the issue. I’d avoid Public Storage all together but this location was supposed to be in a good area. ... Read more

Do. Not. Use. This. Location. Management is RARELY in the office because they don’t hire employees, just stick the manager with everything. Yeah so good luck with that! “They have many other responsibilities…” better make an appointment with management today for tomorrow if you need something today! Remember- no same day appointments!!!!! There are never carts available to move things in and out of your unit- so make sure you bring your own! (Staff told me this month 2- that I should “bring my own” although part of the advertising says they provide them for their customers. The elevator there breaks. Good luck! Once it breaks, it’s going to be a while before that sucker is fixed. Hope you’re not in the 3rd floor hauling heavy items down 3 flights of stairs like I did all summer! I hope you like trash! It’s everywhere! No garbage cans on site- so the floor is your dumpster. Apparently. No one cleans it up until it’s an eyesore. Looks like raccoons get in or something sometimes. Best spot in town if you love the rudest customer service experience you can find! They who will not and can not listen to you when you talk! Oh! Don’t forget about the multiple 20$ late fees you’ll accrue over a 2 week time period if you’re late with rent. Don’t even think about trying to use actual cash to pay either, or you will most likely be forced to pay extra late fees on your unit because the office is never open for kiosk access. If you hate having your calls returned, love being provided lip service, and are looking for the most difficult to use frustrating storage unit of your lifetime - look no further. You have arrived. So… Rent at your own risk. The move- in special, pay 1$ for the first month- well I found out the hard way- it just wasn’t worth it folks. Sounds good, but in the long run, save yourself a headache and go to a customer service conscious storage facility. If I had only known…. So that’s why I have committed to leaving this review. May you not be screwed over as I was. I repeat. Do. Not. Use. This. Location. Courtney is the only decent part of this entire place— I wish she would leave there and get a job somewhere else. The company and the way they run their locations makes her look bad. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 2900 Disney Street has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 2900 Disney Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 480 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 2900 Disney Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $32 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $263 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
