My fiancé and I Rented here for a year. Within that time the facility was broken into multiple times and the rent raised simultaneously. The first time, my unit was not burglarized but many right next to mine were. A few months later mine was broken into and many items were stolen. I gave notice and requested to not be charged for the last month as I moved out of the unit. I called 2 times and my fiancé followed up in person and on the phone waiting for a follow up from the manager on if we were going to receive a refund or not. Never heard back after multiple attempts, and am very happy we moved out. Would not recommend reserving a unit here- or if you do make sure you have great insurance on it as you will likely be burglarized in a climate controlled indoor unit. ... Read more

I have rented my storage space for several years. There used to be an elderly who worked there for years and several nice gentleman within the last two to five years. They were courteous and always on the property. Unfortunately, the storage has changed ownership a few times and within this last year things have been beyond terrible. They've raised the rent multiple times, there's Never a person available to take payments. The office is always closed without notification. Now, Storage Center only wants to receive payments from customers via a machine but not provide service. They are greedy and are only concerned about making a profit. There's no corporate number to call and speak to anyone. I give a rating of no stars! ... Read more

This place is a legal theft ring. Wade and josh are very unhelpful and I THINK are involved in the operation. They have absolutely 0 interest in helping to provide the evidence from their cameras to police, and there is no management available to contact. In fact they will tell you you can put in a request to talk to a district manager, but josh told me they “probably won’t call you back, If you have anything valuable, please, DO NOT store your things here. Please use my $25k loss as your lesson. Photos following the first is where they pushed a large shelf out of the way and remove a couple of shelves of tools. The second phot was filled with ladders and platforms. The third photo shows large empty sections of shelves that were completely full. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
