First off the manager Will is a liar does not know how to properly conduct an investigation. I believe this location is scamming people. Be careful. Do not rent from this location I rented a unit on the 18th and on the 19th got a notice stating that they were canceling my contract Ask for the reason or why at first they said fraud And then they said it's because you were in unauthorized areas I asked to see such footage they denied I asked for a refund. They denied Horrible business. Horrible manager. Get rid of him ... Read more

Rhea at the Johnson Creek Public Storage was very professional and helpful. The place was clean, well maintained and the process was made very smooth from initial inquiry to completion of the move in. The only area of concern was that there is very limited parking at the facility and there is no other parking readily available around it. ... Read more

They will jack up the price without notice!! I signed up about 4 months ago for a $100 unit, and then they raised the price 45% without telling me! I got charged $145 with no notice! I was out of state and couldn’t do anything about it. Then I scheduled a move out, but they forced me to pay the full month, they do not prorate. My lease begins March 1, but you MUST be out of their unit BEFORE midnight on the 1st. I believe they do that to entrap renters on purpose. Totally unethical. Unfortunately I think public storage is greedy corporate company, I will be taking my business to a locally owned unit. ... Read more

Pearl is one of the most patient and thoughtful associates I have had the pleasure to encounter with during my limited times there. She has been able to help me with my move as well as giving me valuable information that helped me transfer my things to this location from my previous one in another city, something that felt so stressful and inconvenient to me, she was able to break down in simple steps that took a lot of my stress away. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail, it is invaluable. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.
