I recently gave Stor N Go a visit and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The young lady I spoke with was very informative, patient, and welcoming. She took her time going over everything with me, explained the storage units clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The facility is very clean, well organized, and feels extremely safe. I really appreciate the secure gate access, the thoughtful features they offer, and the convenience of them providing their own locks, which made moving forward that much smoother. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and the environment felt warm and professional that first impression really mattered to me. I had my personal belongings sent to South Carolina and stores in Public Storage at 3901 River Dr, ubit 0221 while in Maryland. I moved back home Columbia, SC. I went to my Storage unit and saw a rat running across the beam inside the unit. I called at inform the manager. I was offered to move my stuff to another unit. I told them, I just paid ex-amonut of money to send my stuff to Columbia, and paid people to put my things in the Storage. Moving into another rat infested unit on their property didn't made sense. I purchased all kinds of rodents repellents. In hopes of no damage to my property. I was scared to go unto my unit. I asked another manager if it was something they could do? Got sprayed something inside my unit and said rodents don't like the smell. He also, stated he had to help another customer with the same rodents issues. They were moving out that same day. I saw them moving. When I was able to get help moving my things from Public Storage, my 2 to 3 hour move turned into a full day. It was turning dark when we left Public Storage. But not before I lost a lot of my personal property. I lost documents, a recliner, cleaning supplies, tubberwear( that I purchased years ago) that was in excellent condition and you can't find nowadays. Due to the droppings and peed my property I had to trash it. I was and is traumatized. I found rodents dropping in my clothes. I can keep going, but what's the use. It not changing thing for me. I hope this will help somebody. I tried to get help from attorneys, but no one was willing to help me. Please be careful with storing your property. God bless ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that StorNGo - 915 Longtown Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by StorNGo - 915 Longtown Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 302 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by StorNGo - 915 Longtown Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $49 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $319 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
