I’ve rented storage spaces before, but this one is truly the best. Clean, air-conditioned, and so easy to get in and out of — even with movers. The process has been effortless (and honestly, pleasant!). The management team is wonderful and keeps everything running beautifully. ... Read more

I rented twice with this company. They know me by name. On September 27on my second move there I was banned from entering the facility on December 20,2024 due to an accident accrued by an hired independent contractor who was responsible for moving my furniture on September 27 2024. On the way out the truck made contact with the building awning which was pictured as a small dent. The manger called me instantly as she does live on the porperty screaming that I will have to pay. I told her the company that driving the truck is responsible. I gave her all the information to the moving company and they talked that night. Fast forwarding I had been at the storage plenty of times after that and they have cameras to prove it. I have paid rent up to December since that time. On December 20 I come to the storage to get a couple of items out and could not get in the gate. So I thought I was putting in the wrong code so I called as I sat atbtgebgate because I knew they were somewhere on the property and they could help me get in .Wrong. At this time I was informed that I can not get in because I owed them for damages that the moving company made and that she sent me an Email. The manager claim she was not able to get in touch with them I asked her why was I notified close to 3 months later I have been there to the storage countless times and close out one of the storages around the 20th of November. Yes they notice everything and as I said before she knows me by name. She informs me since "I let the in". Iam responsible because I signed the contract. Also that she could not reach them. As we were talking I called the moving company they answered right away and is willing to take responsibility. So when I get home I read my Email saying I owe you 2975 dollars and that you got the awning replaced 11 days later with no itemization no insurance to assess the damage. The moving company took pictures as well the next day. We could barely find the dent. The manager exaggerated the damages stating it shook the foundation of her building when it collided. So the took the whole thing down she told me to check for any crack in the foundation which as a novice to this I could tell you the answer would be no.I am devastating depressed because I lost everything any way it goes in a 20 by 10 box. What zI have is far valuable than the 3000 she wants me not the company to pay. I believe she dropped the ball with the moving company due to insurance and paid for the repair out of pocket thus getting you all a new awning tripe or quadrupled the.price However the assessment of the damage was not presented. Long story short I lost because the way the manager handled. If I had known in October before the unilateral decision to fix without letting the movers insurance assess or either contacting me if there were any problems. I would have had a better handle on what is going on. In short I don't have the money had not work out sick. I am living with my children to recuperate and get back on my feet. The contract that you will sign when you rent here is ambiguous and based upon on the managers approached to the tenants being responsible to any damage will determine if you are screwed. But independent contractor are responsible for whatever damages or injury accrued on their property. It was not a group effort as I was not the driver. Thanks for listening. Please pray my strength to start all over again. ... Read more

Shirley and Christine(mother and daughter) were amazing. They are the epitome of A+ customer service. It was welcoming considering how much worse great service has gotten post pandemic. They greeted me, provided water and explained my options in detail. We had a nice conversation, felt like talking to old friends/family. Shirley also noticed when I came back and already had my unit opened for me. These ladies are BEYOND amazing and kind. Great location, prices, service owners and employees. I could go on and on. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
