I went with a friend and witnessed the ugliest behavior from a woman name Leslie. Oh my lord shewas so rude to customers that we're there. She was cussing and carrying on awful. My friend and I decided we were going to find someplace else where we would be treated with respect.i have told many friends of my experience over there and they won't be going there either. Sorry to be so blunt but somebody needs to deal with this person. ... Read more

Good Spot Storage employees cut off the surveillance camera's then get to work cutting off the locks on the storage units, take what they want, auction your things including sometimes the entire unit, then put their own lock on and then claim they don't know anything or even why the surveillance camera's were turned off. If you have opted to use the automated payment system, you better check your bank statements, more than likely you are paying 2 even 3 payments every month. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.
