Called them in need of a storage unit asap. They kindly reserved one for me to check out first thing the next day, as I was not able to stop by before closing time. Upon arrival I was greeted and directed to the unit. It ended up being too small for my needs and gave me a great deal for their next size up! Always a pleasure working with small businesses as they are more personable. 10/10 ... Read more

Beware: there is neither a restroom nor water at the site, even though people might need to spend several hours loading or unloading a truck and have no transportation to go anywhere else while that's going on. Also, the elevator in the air-conditioned building works only intermittently. I was paying workers by the hour when I moved a houseful of furniture to storage units here, and the elevator stopped working altogether. That meant they had to carry my couch, dressers, everything up a long flight of stairs. It doubled my costs. ... Read more

While the hours arent the most convenient. Arce will make accomodations with you provided you call her before the end of business off hours and open the gates for you. She has a life too so even though she lives on site doesny mean she is obligated you MUST communicate with HER!! She is very knowledgeable and sweet once you get passed the 20 yrs of working in the storage facility business! The only thing I dont love is the price but they do what yhey do to protect our items and Im ok with paying a little more than I would somewhere else, gives me that peace of mind. ... Read more

This place is a nightmare! In addition to being run by the rudest and tackiest people I've ever met in my entire life, the storage units are disgustingly filled with piles of rat feces. Definitely not the kind of place you'd want to store your family's belongings in. ... Read more

If there were an "Extremely Poor" category I would choose that one. I am storing items in a small unit for the months of May and June while I move. I was told that the gate hours were until 6:30pm (and these hours are clearly posted next to the gate) however, we arrived right at 6:25 and the gate was already closed for the night. Luckily, I thought, since an employee was still at the office they would have the common courtesy to open the gate for us, especially since we were there before 6:30pm. However, the employee informed me that he could not open the gate. The computer had already been shut down. In other words, he didn't want to take the time to turn the computer back on to open the gate. I think he shut it down too early in order to get out of the office early. Whatever the reason, it was extremely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience since we had a trailer full of items to be stored. I DO NOT recommend this place and will not use them again. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
