Extremely inconvenient for when you need to roll stuff up. Can’t get to any of these because my unit is on the floor above and my floor doesn’t have any. They’re all locked on the first floor! ... I could not pay in person .I was denied that option becsuse they wanted cash only.so i received email today saying to come by a take care of remaining balance hoping to get my stuff back. I Got there with cash in hand but my unit had been auctioned off and already bought by someone.I spoke with the female at the front desk and all tho she was nice.I feel like why send an email at 2:16pm when supposedly my unit was bought at 10am.she kept apologizing but I feel more could been done especially after being a customer there for over a year.save your self the trouble go elsewhere ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
