Management at this Public Storage location has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our 10 months here and deserves a shout out! I’d recommend this facility for anyone looking for a truly customer-forward experience. We were in the process of selling our home up the street and needed a 10 x 10 unit to store items during that time and beyond. They were able to get us into a unit very quickly for a very competitive price. Whenever we had an issue, whether it was billing or access, they promptly called us back and were able to resolve the issue either directly or via corporate. I particularly appreciated their kind demeanor, and commitment to excellent customer service. While the facility itself is older, and the elevator has experienced some challenges time to time (not at their fault, but with customers not following the directions of the clearly posted signs), we felt secure and our belongings remained safe, exactly as set in the unit. While we were hoping to remain at Public Storage, it became too cost prohibitive so we had to move out. But right up to that last minute, management was supportive, guiding us on the process, and kept us informed of next steps for an efficient move out, so we would not be charged for the following month. Big thank you to the management team for supporting us in a pinch, keeping our belongings safe, and always being there for questions and providing solutions. You were awesome to work with! ... My experience here has been absalotly terrible. I am sure not all their fault, let me start by saying that I had to use a storage after my mom passed last August and this was after losing 5 clients right in a row. I was working in mental health during the pandemic. Anyways, so it had only been about two months since mom passed that I had to pack everything up and put it in. Storage. We only had a few loads to go to qe would be finished and the elevator broke while me and a couple my helpers were in it. I was asked to please call to inform the manager about the elevator the next day. So she could call the repair man. Which I did and found out that there is no manager on site. The manager from another f acility would be taking care of the issue. Great, well about a week goes by and I speak to her again. She tells me that the cost of the repair is to costly and she did not know when it could be fixed. I am a 56 year old man with serious knee issues. Climbing the stairs attached to the side of the building was not a solution for me. She did tell me that I could have a unit on the ground level but most of my things are already up t huh are. That elevator was broken for at leasthree months. Then they raised my rent 50.00 a month. I guess someone has to pay to fix the elevator. Now last month I was planning on moving to a more cost affective place that did not have elivator.issues but again the elevator is broken Which forces me to stay at a place I can't afford another month. Now they want 540.00 for two months rent or they will sell my belongings. Which to me seems very unfai I am so glad the other lady got the nice person give her a month in a half free rent. When I called the 800 number to co.plain about the rent increase they offered me 2.00 off for 3 months. Lol. Ol... I am not so happy. Anyways thank you for listening I hate to complain like this but feel I need to be heard ... Read more

Rented a second floor unit and was not told that the elevator was broken and had to go up 20 stairs. And my stuff is not fitting through the door and then take it on a cart to the opposite end of the property. Like a block. There's never anybody on-site. They expected me to be out at 9 PM. But yet I'm being. Charged by my moving company for the stairs And nobody even disclosed that the elevator was broken. In my opinion, no unit should be wretched on the 2nd floor unless they decide to read them knowing that the elevator is broken. What an inconvenience with no dis count and nobody's ever on-site can't get ahold of anybody on the phone. This is the worst i've ever experienced ... Elevator has been down for over 2 months now, with no promise on when it’ll be fixed, and no way to get to the second floor without it. There are some exit only doors with external stairs that get propped open, but if someone accidentally shuts them, you’re out of luck. There’s never anyone onsite to help, either. We just had to turn around and dive back home with all our stuff. ... Read more

I really love this place! Whenever I'm there on the weekends, Amy, the day Manager, always stops by and says "Hi" while she's making her rounds. She is very helpful with any problem you might have or anything you may need. This location is always kept so clean inside and out, even the bathroom is spotless. There is excellent security throughout the premises, and I love that there's fire sprinklers. The buildings are well lit inside and out, and I feel safe being here at any hour. Very secure heavy duty doors here. I've kept my belongings here for over a year now, and have no intentions of moving, it's really convenient for me! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 7133 Delridge Way SW has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 7133 Delridge Way SW can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 350 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 7133 Delridge Way SW come at a variety of prices, starting from $98 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $525 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
