Tracee is amazing. I love when I get to see her on my visits to storage. Gilbert is no longer there but he was another super positive addition. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars because sometimes price increases are tough. But this facility is great! ... Read more

I received excellent customer service today from Traci. I came in the situation was frustrated because of a maintenance issue and she not only took care of it. She got me moved into a new unit. She was very kind and very patient very understanding and she’s part of the reason why I didn’t leave so I just want to say thank you. You’re amazing Traci and your Customer Service is awesome. ... EMPLOYEES PROBABLY STEAL FROM UNITS. I feel almost certain that the tattooed lady who works here orchestrated a theft of many items from my unit. On the day I moved in, this same person sold a ´defective´ lock to me. I didn´t find out the lock was ´defective´ until the next time I came back to my unit, and it had been removed and placed in backwards. They also claimed my unit had a defective latching mechanism. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ... Read more

The rate they quote you is just a teaser — don’t be fooled. After a few months, they significantly increase your rate with no real explanation or recourse. There’s no one to speak with who can help, and no accountability. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. ... Read more

DO NOT rent at this location they WILL scam you. I rented 1 month and they want to bill me for 2 months. When you call customer service different people will tell you different things and different from their terms of agreement. It just shows they are scammers! I've never had any problem at any public storage at a different location! The property manger does not exist here. Everytime I go to the office at office hours no one is there and the door is locked. Customer service is from call centers in 3rd world countries. DO NOT believe the 5 star reviews, they are either bots or paid for by the owner?? ... Read more

I've only had a unit at this location for 6 months, and they just raised the rate by about 40% ?? The district manager reached out to me in response to my review and offered a brief reprieve on the massive price increase. As such, I'm raising my rating by one star. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
