Storage units in Henderson, NV

Chanti helped me out w everything and I needed the courtesy calls. very friendly and reliable.

The place is fairly clean, everything works (doors, gates, carts), the app has the occasional issue, but it's pretty solid, as well. I didn't come back for a whole year straight, and it was like I hadn't even left when I returned. That's how you know your stuff is safe. They kept to the *First Time* discount for the first year like they'd offered me, and though my space wasn't climate controlled, their facility is well-insulated. All my sensitive stuff was just fine— heck, it was *cool* in my space, when it was over 100 outside. When I setup the move out, I was contacted to see if there were any issues, or if there's anything they could improve. (My reasoning was for a move, not them.) So it's nice to see they follow-up. My only complaint were the price increases the last couple years. They seem to happen randomly; dunno if that's just a recent change, but it definitely caught me off guard. Started at $60, was bumped to $80 after that first year (expected), but I ended paying *twice* my starting amount. Not sure what that's about. Otherwise it's a solid place, safe, clean enough, and easy to navigate.
