Sierra was absolutely incredible to work with! She makes it so great to work with Public Storage! Having great employees is the key to success for a business.

I’ve had the chance to visit both locations, and although I haven’t rented at either one yet because we’re still deciding, I’ve had the pleasure of running into Cierra both times. She has been great every time I’ve interacted with her. She is very professional, helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. She will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. She is also stern when she needs to be and doesn’t put up with people being rude or disrespectful, which I actually really appreciate. She knows how to handle situations while still being professional and fair. You can tell that Cierra takes pride in the property and has a real passion for storage. She cares about keeping the property taken care of and making sure customers have a good experience. Honestly, it’s refreshing to come across someone who takes that much pride in their job. Even though we haven’t decided which location we’ll be renting from yet, I would be happy to have someone like Cierra taking care of us. She is definitely an asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for how great she is at what she does.

I’ve had a really good experience here. The property is always clean and well taken care of, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Anna, the Property Manager, who helped me one day,was so kind and easy to work with. She really went out of her way to help, and I super appreciated it. You can tell the staff cares about the property and the people who live here. I’m very happy with my experience!

Julien was a rockstar and helped me get the unit I needed - fast. Toured me the available units and was super helpful

Every time my head in the clouds, Andy always brings me back down to earth… She is so thoughtful and I would give credit to Kyle… When I first started using Public Storage he opened the account and he’s around still! That says a lot to me and these days and times… Loyalty to their company and The exemplary service they offer. Great job kids!

Great place! Josh is very accommodating on helps with everything. He cares about his customers. The place is so clean and nice. We have had a storage unit for a while now. Very convenient little gem.
