The street sweeping you are referring to is part of the regular maintenance required to keep our business clean and safe. We apologize if the noise has been disruptive to you. However, it is difficult to understand how the sound of occasional maintenance would be more concerning than the constant traffic from the nearby Interstate. Really Great Customer service!! Jessica was so helpful and amazing!! Rented my unit online and they sent me the rest of the paperwork pretty quickly. Love that I can email them with questions, comments and they respond and are able to get me the info I need. I was able to do set up before I even arrived onsite! They walked us through how security works, showed us our storage unit and the best access points to get our stuff unloaded and secured in our unit. When I was closing out my unit, I was able to reach out with a notice by email. I was provided a prorated amount with plenty of notice before due. These guys are pretty awesome! I recommend!
