North Bench has easy access both in and out. It is securely tucked away out of public view and very private. Each time I've been there, it's always been quite peaceful. You won't see a store front or office, but for the protection of the tenants, it's very obvious that they have eyes on the property at all times. Oh, and yes, they also have electronic surveillance. I've have not yet interacted in person with the management while at the facility. I believe the reason for that is they respect our privacy. However, contacting them has always been simple and almost immediate, either by phone or email. There are several amenities that I didn't expect to see. In fact, most RV storage companies don't offer any. I won't give any of the details; that because it's private. They do have certain time limitations for the tenants when entering or exiting the facility. No doubt this is for security reasons, but I'd eventually like to see that time extended. Not everyone works a 9 to 5 job; some folks are up and/or working during the night and sleeping during the day; it's a 24-hour world out there. Definitely 5 STARS ?? ????????

This place is a great place, no worries! Safe and a really fair price and they gave me a rally good rate for a reference. And another 10% for a good rating.

From the first day, staff was very accommodating, kind and friendly, after several months, more like 12 months, I was very excited to finally empty two units, what I didn't realize, until I left, was the friendship I had developed, I will miss the staff, but I let them know, I would come by and bug them and say hi since, I live close by, thank you all and I'll see you soon
