We rented a climate controlled unit from Patterson Self Storage for the past two years. It was a flawless experience. Our building was neat, clean and air-conditioned. Our unit was secure and easy to access. I always felt safe going into the building. Our rent was raised one time in 24 months.I cannot imagine a better storage facility!!

She even helped me compare a couple options and broke down the pricing in a way that made it super easy to understand, which helped me feel confident that I was staying within my budget. That kind of transparency is honestly rare. On top of that, the facility itself felt really clean, secure, and well-maintained, which matched what a lot of other people say about this location being easy, efficient, and customer-focused. Overall, Sara made what I thought was going to be a stressful process feel simple and straightforward. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave feeling taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re coming here, you’ll be in really good hands.

If you're looking for a place to stash your stuff, Goleta Public Storage is a great choice! I just finished moving in, and I found the facility to be clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, and they even have a bathroom!
