Clean facility and the rates aren't bad. However, if you move out before the end of a month they do not pro-rate. And that is unfortunate. I moved out in the 8th if thd month and my space rental was $170.00. They would not accept me paying my rent to the 8th of the month. They wanted a full month's rent and told me the rate would not be pro-rated.
