I love this facility. First used it for several months when I was moving into SLO in 2022, and recently rented again for a short-term (hopefully) need. Based on the prior experience, I didn't bother to shop around this time. I had previously had a bad time with a large nationwide storage company (rhymes with "sublic porridge") in another city, where my storage unit was robbed twice within a year. I could say that I suspected an inside job, but I won't say that. Buckley has much better security measures than the other place, and the whole facility is kept tidy. Happy to see that Vince is still managing the place, and that Georgia and Bill are still the veteran crew. They're all super friendly and helpful, and they don't seem to mind that I keep stopping by the office to see if the complimentary cookies are available!

Rented a big box truck pretty much last minute. Very helpful clerk. Great truck. Their furniture hand dolly was incredible for going up and down stairs with heavy objects.

He wasn’t the contact person when I initially rented a space and I can attest to what an improvement it is to have him accessible. The fellow renters I have met are all kind and even offer to help.
