5 stars for the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. Chris in particular is very knowledgeable. Also they keep the place clean it's an older building so there are certain things that are always going to look old. As for everything else I was a little frustrated when the elevator broke and it stayed broken for such a long time . However, the guys have figured out a way to make the back entrance work. in fact now I think the back entrance is a lot easier than dealing with the elevator. Also I think the price is better at this place than some of the other storage facilities in the same area. ( It was when I moved in a couple years ago I haven't checked around in a while.) Personally I wish they had longer hours Bjt my storage roommate thinks their hours are fine.

Was already having a horrible day. I needed a storage unit. I walk in to be greeted with a professional friendly greeting from an employee named Manny. I had many questions how this specific storage company. Manny answered every question in full explanations. His joyful expressions on the storage routines put the stress at ease. I highly recommend working with Manny.

Great facility easy access, super clean environment and extremely helpful staff. Keylie was an excellent help and made everything so easily understandable. She was even more helpful explaining the process to me in English and to my family in Spanish. Excellent bilingual. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you for all your help. :)

This is the second time I've utilized this Public Storage location. I store my utility truck on a quarterly basis; strictly for business purposes. When considering storage companies, what's most important is security and safety. Also, clear communication in regards to facility procedures & policy. The deciding factor always comes down to competency. I was reassured about my choice this time, on account of, Carmen is still managing here. She has an uncanny rare mixture of professionalism, knowledge & capability, and pragmatism. Carmen is smart, self-assured, witty, and relatable. I'm sure management values those qualities from a business standpoint. Thanks to whomever pulled the trigger on the upgrades to the underground parking structure. I'd also like to thank Chris for following up with me on the reservation, being helpful and attentive, as well as taking time to point out the key features that have changed since the last time I was a tenant. ~MarvR
