Fast forward to today and our year is almost up. So, we have continued our lease for another 6 months. Ollie was amazing!! I had a horrible experience with the call center (customer service was good and helpful) the other 2 people were aggressive and not a great experience. The call center had given me a unit i had not asked for and was lied to with the unit 10 doors away from my current unit and was not close. Ollie stayed late listened to my concerns and advocated for me with this situation. Ollie made a horrendous experience so much better with their kindness.
