This iStorage location is the cleanest and best managed self-storage facility I have ever used, OUTSTANDING SERVICE HERE THANK YOU ANDY D. YOU ARE THE MAN SIR! Over the past 40 years have lived in more than 15 states across the country due to military and employer assignments. ANDY D., the first ever, actually took the time to help me with my move and the strategy I should consider when selecting the size and type of unit to rent. ANDY D. took the time to escort me to the unit, made sure the unit was clean prior to move in and explained the features of all the different pad locks available for purchase. I'm requesting that iStorage/NSA IMMEDIATLEY recognize ANDY D. he is kind, courteous, and really does care about the customers. I have rented units here at this same location for more than five years due to all the hurricanes and out of all the mangers ANDY D. is the only manager that consistently provides SUPERIOR customer support. All of the previous managers have complained about their salary and wages at this iStorage before, that they cannot afford to work at this location and pay their bills. then these people stop showing up, dont answer the phone and finally just quit. ANDY D. has never complained! Please consider keeping ANDY D. employed that is if you want true performance from a good manger, which means this person deserves a significant raise/pay increase. I'm telling you iStorage/NSA if you want OUTSTANDING employees to stay around, who give 200% every day, who are on time, and who actually answer the phone (unlike previous mgr.s here) who consistently perform then you must step up just like ANDY D. does EVERY DAY! Thank you iStorage, Im counting on you guys to now do the right thing! Vr K

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Theresa, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unsure of the name of the other gentleman working with her, however he was just as friendly. I felt welcome and secure with this storage facility.

I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage in North Port! Joey went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right storage option for my needs. The facility itself was extremely clean, secure, and well-maintained, but Joey’s customer service is what truly stood out. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and personable, and he definitely deserves recognition for how well he treats customers. If you’re looking for storage in North Port, I highly recommend this location and definitely recommend asking for Joey. He made the experience 10x better!
