Yolanda was an excellent customer service representative. Extremely knowledgeable about storage units and assisted me by showing different units and asking probing questions to analyze what meets my needs. She even showed me how to download and use the app. The function to open the gate via my phone is extremely helpful especially due to the rain. If I could rate more that 5 she would be a 10!!! I will definitely recommend Public Storage to my family and friends. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
