Steve was very friendly and helpful! My unit was clean when I got to it, and it stayed pretty clean over the 7 or so months I was renting it (no small animals getting in, and not many bugs inside). I was mistakenly charged for the next month after I'd already emptied out my unit, but he made sure I got my refund quickly after I reached out.
