I have had a unit with them for many years now. It was easy to get and the staff have all been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I no longer needed a large unit, it was a simple process to get into a smaller one. Since I am not currently residing in Waterloo, so being able to pay online saves me a lot of hassle.
