I had a great experience at Public Storage 665 Big Timber road Elgin. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing, he made the whole process easy and answered every question I had without hesitation. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The property itself was also very clean and well maintained, which definitely stood out. Overall, really solid experience and I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.
