Car storage units in Paris, KY, and nearby areas

May 10th, 2022. Paris, Ky location. There was a note attached to the door saying Forward Storage now owned the facility with contact information! ?? I never received any notification about it! It was explained that the previous owner did not inform any of the unit renters. I must say that my interaction via phone that first day & onward has been a pleasant one. Not only has the British lady I've spoken with each time been professional & pleasant, she has been very understanding in explaining the new policies that I wasn't aware of. Overall, Forward Storage has: ?Modernized payment (former owner only accepted cash or money orders). I signed up today 7-9-2022 for auto pay & got to choose my date based on when I will have money in my account. (5th of each month.) ?Easier to contact with reliable hours versus the "hit or miss" as to when someone would be in the former owner's office & your ability to get a receipt. Although I will miss seeing the sweet elderly lady that ran the business for her son, this is a vast improvement! Thank you for asking me to participate to give my opinion. P. Tackett-Williams

I had a great experience with this company everything was straightforward and explained well, I didn’t have any issues and Tania was super sweet and took care of my questions. Thank you so much I’ll definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.
