I am so impressed w/ their communication and responsibility w/ people and stuff that are literally "invisible". There is no need to "see" their customers, but when our storage unit wasn't perfectly secured (I couldn't unjam it), they texted. When I texted a request to have it sprayed w/ WD40, it was done w/in one day. I felt heard and "seen". We got one of the largest units and it was perfectly clean, ready to use. Thank you!

Prestige is a stellar storage company. They are exceptionally responsive. When we first requested a unit, we were set up the exact same day. Recently, we needed to increase our unit size. Again, I called and was able to get a new unit the exact same day. The units have both been exceptionally clean and they have provided a new keyed lock with each unit. The storage area is secure and easy to access with a personalized gate code. They even have space for RVs, trailers, and the like. Because of their responsiveness and very reasonable price, I highly recommend them. You are required to have content insurance which can be a rider on your home insurance or home renter's policy, or they can provide you coverage on the unit itself for under $15/month.
