The owner CHARLIE IS SUCH A GREAT MAN. I was stranded across the street (in front of Walmart). And he helped me with no problems at all! Was able to get my car towed home and everything! Very clean facility and excellent management!!!

I’m a student and went through the Storage Mall to store my dorm room over the summer. I thought everyone was very nice and it was easy to book over the phone without any hidden price increases or issues. The facility was clean and they gave me simple access instructions to move in on a Sunday when the office wasn’t staffed. Prices after fees were a lot more affordable (especially as a student) compared to college storage companies or public storage!

I went to rent a unit, and the lady was actually very nice, but when she said $12 a month for insurance I asked the carrier and she said she doesn't. Thru make a response to this and was apologetic to the situation that's why I'm revising my review. I think it's a great location but I had to get a unit that day. Thank you for your patience in this matter.....RESPECT
