Car storage units in Fort Lee, NJ, and nearby areas

I needed a space right away and Caroly was so helpful and could not have been nicer. The unit was clean and bright and secure. I highly recommend Extra Space.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Byron, one of the managers at this location, for the exceptional level of service he has provided. From my very first visit, Byron was welcoming, professional, and extremely accommodating. More recently, I encountered an issue while trying to secure an additional unit, and once again, he went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What stood out most to me was that his helpfulness never felt forced or simply part of the job. He was attentive, personable, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to navigate. Exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and Byron is certainly deserving of that recognition. He is a wonderful representation of this location and one of the reasons my experience here has been such a positive one.

This is the best extra space I’ve ever stored at Simon is so helpful and nice and professional and even truthful. He doesn’t lie to you about anything he is a great manager and I recommend that you visit him and his store and go buy a unit because it is very nice. I recommend this 10/10. Simon is the BEST

I haven't had much experience with storage units, but I must say I am very pleased to see the level of customer service at this location. When I 1st moved in I noticed the scent of smoke in the elevators; I brought it to the attention of the office staff and they said they would find a way to deflect the smell.. A couple of weeks later I noticed a difference. So thank you!!! Joan is a real "people person", who cares about customers. What a great asset for the company!!

Tazia and Jorden are so amazing and recommend them to everyone
