Jonathan from the Huntington Station location gave me a call after signing up online and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived at the facility. There was an issue with the online description of the unit and Jonathan switched my unit to one to suit my needs at the same rate! He showed me the way to my new unit and instructed me where to enter in the future, which was helpful. Jonathan even gave me a hand with a large piece of furniture! If I could give this place and Jonathan 6 stars I would!

Came in very frustrated to no one’s fault. All I can say is after spending about 30 seconds with Jenna , we were both laughing so hard. I just needed information for storing my mother’s things. She went over the building how they maintain it , the security seems to be top notch especially according to Jenn as they are constantly walking and cleaning and checking units. After speaking with her my frustration subsided and all my issues and concerns were very well explained and addressed, leaving me with everything I could need answered. She was extremely helpful and answered everything honestly and openly - not gimmicky at all. Will Be back once I sell moms house Florida. Gave me all the info on today’s units and pricing made me aware pricing changes everyday. Thank you Extraspace for your great staff with their can get this done attitude. Great staff, clean, and very nice Managers.
